Question No. 40522 from 06.12.2025

Ive just been diagnosed with klinefelter syndrome and my doctor told me my testicles are tiny am wondering if I also have a micropenis. I am 3cm long flaccid, 8cm fully erect and 9cm girth.

Our Answer

A penis is considered to be a micropenis if it is shorter than 7 centimetres when erect. So if your penis is 8 centimetres long when it is erect, it is not considered a micropenis. However, this applies only to adults, as the penis continues to develop during adolescence. Your penis will have stopped growing by the age of 19 at the latest. By the way: Your penis doesn’t have to be a certain size. When it comes to sex, the size of your penis isn’t what matters. What matters is how you use it during sex. If you’re interested in this topic, read our article Does a big penis make a good lover?.
