Your penis can get hard even if you haven't seen a girl or thought about sex. Sexual arousal happens automatically in your body and can be triggered by many different things, like touch, movement or muscle tension. Sometimes an erection happens for no obvious reason at all.
That's completely normal, especially during puberty. Having an erection doesn't necessarily mean that you want to have sex.
